Control & Automation.

The logic and supervisory layer of your plant. PLC programming, DCS integration, SCADA development, and end-to-end process automation — from I/O list to operator screen.

01 / 04

PLC Programming.

From greenfield logic design to legacy migration. We program PLCs end-to-end — I/O list, ladder/FBD/ST as appropriate, alarm logic, recipe management, batch sequencing, and HMI handshakes.

Every project ships with documented logic, a tested I/O sheet, and operator-facing diagnostics. We commission to acceptance — not to invoice — and your team gets the source.

02 / 04

DCS Integration.

For larger continuous-process plants where a DCS is the right architecture. We engineer control philosophies, configure controllers, build operator graphics, and integrate with safety systems.

Typical scope spans loop checks, alarm rationalization, sequence configuration, and integration with third-party PLCs and SCADA over OPC UA, Modbus TCP, and PROFINET.

03 / 04

SCADA Development.

Supervisory screens designed for the people who actually use them — shift operators, maintenance, plant management. We build SCADA that surfaces what matters in the first 3 seconds of a glance.

Reporting, trending, historian integration, role-based access, and remote viewing built in. Mobile-friendly dashboards available where it makes operational sense.

04 / 04

Process Automation.

End-to-end process automation — for when you need a partner who can take a plant from P&ID to a working line. We handle controls philosophy, hardware specification, panel design, field installation, commissioning, and post-handover support.

Cross-discipline integration is the value here: instrumentation, drives, control, SCADA, and IoT layers configured by one team, not stitched together from three vendors.
