XPLOCC is an engineer-run firm. Every project is delivered by people on our own payroll — no subcontracted commissioning, no “we’ll find someone” staffing. That means our engineers own their work end-to-end, from I/O list through commissioning to AMC.
We work with sugar mills, distilleries, power plants, food and chemical lines — which means real travel during commissioning windows, real responsibility during line-down calls, and real learning from senior engineers who’ve seen most failure modes already.
Compensation is competitive. More importantly: you’ll work on systems that actually run, see your code on plant SCADAs months later, and own enough scope to grow.
