Sugar mill automation has its own grammar.

Cane arrival is unpredictable, mill speeds need to match feed rate, centrifugals demand precise batch sequencing, and the boiler can’t skip a beat. A typical UP sugar mill needs to run continuously through a 4-5 month crushing season — one unplanned trip cascades across the plant within minutes.

Our sugar automation work focuses on three things: keeping the mill steady, keeping reporting clean for the sugar federation, and reducing energy on rotating equipment via VFD.
