Primarily Siemens S7-1200/1500 and Allen-Bradley CompactLogix. We also work with Mitsubishi and Delta on lower-budget upgrades.

Cane arrival is unpredictable, mill speeds need to match feed rate, centrifugals demand precise batch sequencing, and the boiler can’t skip a beat. A typical UP sugar mill needs to run continuously through a 4-5 month crushing season — one unplanned trip cascades across the plant within minutes.
